Happy Easter from Wates!

This week, all the local residents recieved a bunch of daffodils and an easter egg to say Happy Easter from Wates, and to thank them for all their patience whilst we commence with these works.

We are also handing out raffle tickets to the locals, for a chance for them to win 2 large 'celebration' easter eggs and flowers. The raffle prize draw will take place Thursday 21st April in the Community Centre.

Local Businesses around the area

Here are some of the local businesses and suppliers Wates have been using regularly whilst the Rose Tree Court project takes place, such as sandwich shops, bakeries, and post offices. As we are all about people, we aim to help locals any way we can, by using their services and supplying them with business, and also promoting their services to other organisations.

Bird boxes placed around the area

In order to help the environment and local residents in any way we can, we have placed bird boxes and feeders all around the area.

Removal of Contaminated Ground by Sirius

Site contaminated with Asbestos, licensed Asbestos Removal company to remove all contaminated ground.

BC - Before Commencement

5th January 2011

The works began today with our Contractor Sirius Remediation arriving on site to set up for their works.
Sirius will be working over the next 8 weeks to remove the top vegitation and dig down to the clay level.
They will also mark out the plots for each of the bungalows.

Dilapidation Survey

A Road Condition survey has been carried out prior to construction works starting.
